This video was one of the more challenging stories to create and capture. During the first interview I did with Robbie my mic completely went out and all the footage was unsalvageable. Luckily the interviews I got later were with my phone mic so I was able to have some viable footage. Not only were there technical issues but the longer I spent at Living Grace Canine Ranch, meeting and speaking with people, the larger the story grew. It was the first story I did with so many elements and individual perspectives, so I really wanted to do diligence and string the various stories together in an accessible, compelling, and truthful manner.
